You are encouraged to continue working with your qualified healthcare providers and to seek professional medical or mental health support where needed.
Energy healing works holistically and results vary between individuals. No specific outcome, healing, or result is guaranteed or implied. Megan Bailey makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness of any session for any particular condition or goal.
You take full personal responsibility for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after your session. You confirm that you are choosing to engage in energy healing of your own free will and accord.
All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable once a session has been delivered. In the event that Megan Bailey is unable to deliver a booked session, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered at her discretion.
All information you share — in this form, during your session, or via WhatsApp — is held in strict confidence and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Megan Bailey reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at any time if she determines it is not in the best interest of the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
