Energy healing is a holistic, complementary, and spiritual practice. The services offered by Megan Bailey through Shed & Shift work with the energetic, emotional, and spiritual fields of the animal and are delivered remotely via distance healing. These services are offered as a complementary support to your pet's overall wellbeing. They are not a form of medical, veterinary, psychological, behavioural, or psychiatric treatment of any kind.
Energy healing services provided by Shed & Shift are in no way a replacement for professional veterinary care, medical treatment, behavioural therapy, or any other regulated health or animal care practice. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, physical injury, or acute illness, you must contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
Energy healing is an intuitive and subtle practice. Results vary between individuals and animals, and no specific outcome, response, or result can be guaranteed.
By completing and submitting this booking form, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the animal named in this form, or you are an authorised representative with the full consent of the animal's owner. You are 18 years of age or older.
In some instances, the practitioner may intuitively sense that the animal is reflecting or carrying energetic patterns connected to its owner. Any extension of energetic work toward the human owner is entirely voluntary on your part.
All personal information, details about your pet, and content shared during or in connection with your session will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party except where required by law.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. All payments made to Shed & Shift for energy healing sessions are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact Megan Bailey at hello@shedandshift.com as early as possible. Rescheduling is offered at the practitioner's discretion and is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shed & Shift and Megan Bailey shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on any energy healing service provided.
Megan Bailey reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time and at her sole discretion.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
